We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Pacha purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Returns are accepted at any time with receipt within 15 days of purchase. Please email ecommerce@pachasoap.com or call customer service at 402-834-0551. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs.
