SHIPPING DELAY UPDATE

Please note that due to the holiday season and COVID-19, some carriers are experiencing delays in delivery. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time!

This holiday season, we are happy to provide extended returns!

We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy and we stand behind every product we sell. This holiday season, we are happy to provide extended returns! If you are not completely satisfied with your Pacha purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Our extended Holiday Return Policy allows orders placed November 18 through December 15 to be eligible for return until January 8, 2021.

Please email help@pachasoap.com to initiate a return or exchange. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days after the product is received at our facility.

Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. For delivery by December 24, 2020, please place your order by noon CST on December 15.

SHIPPING

Orders of $40 or more qualify for free shipping. The product total must be $40 or more after any discount is applied to earn free shipping.
