Inhalation:

Add recommended drops on a tissue, cotton ball or in a nasal inhaler. Deeply inhale for 2-4 minutes and alternate between nostrils every minute. Do not continuously inhale longer than 30 minutes. Wait at least 1 hour between sessions. Use as needed.

Steam Baths

Compress

Add recommended drops to a bowl of warm or cool water. Place a small hand towel into the water and wring out excess. Place the compress on the specific area of the body for 30 minutes. Wait at least 1 hour between applications.

Steam distillation of mature eucalyptus leaves.

Essential oils high in 1,8 cineole, like eucalyptus oil, can cause breathing and CNS problems in young children. Maximum topical use is 20% ratio to 80% carrier oil; dermatitis patients should use below 1% to 99% carrier oil. Do not use on or near the face of children 5 years old and under. Can cause CNS or breathing problems in young children.

Eucalyptus globulus is a tall fast growing evergreen tree that has long narrow leaves and produces a white flower. There are over 600 species of eucalyptus with only 20 being used for essential oils.
